“Some time ago, my wife went to a demo for hearing aids, and was most disappointed that they did not work well. I called Dr. Palmer and told her of my wife's extreme disappointment. She made an appointment and then spent a great deal of time adjusting the demo hearing aids with my wife and ultimately had them work very well. My wife enjoys a better quality of life as a result of Dr. Palmer's professional and caring nature.”

“I have come here for around 7 years. I've always gotten good treatment here. Dr. Palmer has been a great audiologist. She is not only finding the right fit in hearing aids, but also helps with the emotional challenges that come with the hearing problems. She listens with both her ears and her heart!!”
