“I went with my dad to his appointment to see Dr Means. He was reluctant to think she could help him since he had already purchased 2 other pair of hearing aids from other companies that did not help him. He was amazed at how much better he could hear with the ones she set him up with. He had a pretty significant hearing deficit that caused all his sounds to be muffled. His previous hearing aids only made the muffled sounds louder. He is hearing with clarity now! Dr Means was very professional, patient and explained everything in detail. My dad has a new outlook on life. Thank you Dr Means for getting him back into our conversations!”

“Amazing! My hearing loss was deficient in 80% of the higher frequency sound waves and I did not know it. Dr. Brooke Means told me the ringing in my ears was from my brain trying to compensate for these high frequency sound waves which my ears could not hear. Dr. Means was absolutely right. After she did the hearing exam and programing the Oticon hearing aids, I can hear those sounds I could not hear before. The ringing in my ears has gone away. These Oticon hearing aids are not merely increasing the sound volume, but increasing the high frequency sound waves I could not hear before and balances out all around hearing. All I can say is it's "Amazing!"”

“I have a special needs son with severe-profound hearing loss. With his current hearing aids, he was only hearing at 50-60 db. Dr. Means evaluated him and fit him with new hearing aids. She was able to program the new aids so that my son is now hearing in normal range (20 db)! She took the time to explain everything we needed to know. She was very kind and patient. Thank you Dr. Means for helping my son!! ”
