“Dr. Brooke Means, Danette, Misty and Stacie are a finely tuned, professional hearing health team. Everything about this office is top quality, from parking to entry, to well-appointed and inviting reception area with candy bowls overflowing and a beverage center nearby, to the immediate attention of Misty for check-in, Danette for technical assistance, and the undivided attention of Dr. Means, who remembers conversations from the year before, directs her attention to the various hearing assessments, and explains the computer graphing and matching of her prescription to the results. She is very knowledgeable of the latest developments in hearing technology to improve your hearing experience. I always leave feeling like I have the best possible care for my changing hearing, trusting the competence and skill of this fine professional. Dr. Means and her team have my highest recommendation. ”
