“I liked the time she took with me.”
“He was good. He seemed quite thorough and stuff like that and quite congenial.”
“I got my new Oticon hearing aids the end of May, 2015. Megan Webb was my hearing specialist. Charming. I had a hearing test, and was fitted for new hearing aids within one hour. I was impressed from the start. The hearing aids improved my hearing immediately. I wore the hearing aids everyday during the one week free trial, and most of the time I did not realize I was wearing them..They are incredible. The staff at Sound Advice are professional, and very knowledgeable regarding hearing devices. I have recommended Sound Advice to a number of older friends because of the quality of the Oticon hearing aid, and the staff in St Petersburg.”
“Everyone, beginning with the secretarial staff up front and everyone, was courteous, pleasant, and kind and obviously willing to help. The hearing professional I actually dealt with, actually cleaned my hearing aids, and made some suggestions about how I could best care for them in the conditions, it's kind of a long story, but I'm working in a musical show outside, so I was concerned about sweat getting into the hearing aids and moisture. So he suggested I buy a demoisturizer, and he had one on sale. Which was a high quality product that I've been using since then and I've been very happy with it. I did not have the need to purchase a hearing aid because when he cleaned my hearing aid it started to work right away perfectly.”
“They were very nice. ”
