Audrey, a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, completed her studies through the International Institute for Hearing Instruments. She continued her studies becoming Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Audrey is also certified in cerumen management. She is a member of the International Hearing Aid Society and the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals. Audrey is a leading expert on “Open Ear”, RITE (Receiver In The Ear) hearing aid technologies and is a pioneer of V3 “Visual Voice Verification” utilizing Live Speech Mapping. These technologies are state-of-the-art and the most advanced digital diagnostic and programming technologies available today. In addition to her expertise in hearing aid selection, programming, and fittings, Audrey specializes in the counseling of social and psychological effects of hearing loss for her clients, their families and loved ones, with people coming to see her from all over the Tampa Bay area.

Don, a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, completed his studies through the International Institute for Hearing Instruments. He is a member of the International Hearing Aid Society and the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Professionals.Don is an Industrial Engineer within the hearing industry and one of the pioneers and leading experts on “Open Ear-Receiver In The Canal" technologies. He was "Trainer to the Professionals" for both Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists throughout Florida. This has afforded Don a unique perspective from both the manufacturer and retail sides.

Megan, a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in May of 2008 from the University of South Florida, in Tampa. Immediately after graduation Megan joined the Sound Advice Hearing Solutions Team. Megan continues to stay up to date on the latest technology by attending as many educational seminars offered by all the leading manufacturers that she can fit into her busy schedule. She is a member ofthe International Hearing Society and the Florida Society of Hearing Healthcare Providers.

Mike Murphy, a licensed Doctor of Audiology, completed specialized training and coursework in Audiology at the University of South Florida in Tampa and through the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona. He is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and has his Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Mike has an extensive background in electronics and started his career in hearing instrument manufacturing where he gained valuable knowledge and experience about how hearing instruments operate. He has specialized insight about disordered hearing and it’s impact on people’s lives. Mike feels today’s hearing instruments are more sophisticated and discrete than ever and that advances in technology will only continue to improve to help people hear better!

Serving as the Office Manager for our St. Petersburg practice, Cindy brings her extensive experience in office management and customer service to our Team. She is readily available to schedule your appointments and coordinate any insurance benefits with your carrier. Cindy's warm smile and caring personality are second to none!

Sophia is a passionate and experienced customer service professional. As a native of Denver, Colorado her career has been in customer service and hospitality. Her passion for people, philanthropy and stellar service has always been where she feels her skills can best be utilized and what truly motivates her. Helping others experience improved hearing is what gives Sophia the greatest satisfaction. Sophia serves as Client Coordinator in our St. Petersburg office and is ready to help you with all of your hearing needs.

Since 2007, Clinton has accumulated a wealth of experience in repairing all hearing aid brands and models. In addition to his own experience, he has been trained by leading hearing aid manufacturers repair departments to handle a wide range of hearing aids. Most hearing aids can be repaired within our offices by Clinton without having to send the hearing aids out for service. This saves in cost and time!
