Expert Witness/Forensic Audiology
Dr. Frederick Rahe is a licensed, certified clinical audiologist who has been practicing audiology in South Florida since 1977. He received his Doctorate Degree in Audiology from Nova Southeastern University, his Masters degree in Audiology and his Bachelors degree in Audiology and Speech Pathology from the University of Florida. His areas of clinical interest include the evaluation and treatment of hearing and balance disorders, and rehabilitating patients with hearing loss utilizing the latest digital technology. Dr. Rahe has been involved with the establishment of infant hearing programs at five Broward County hospitals. He served on the State of Florida Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Advisory Council and has also served on the Florida State Advisory Board for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. He is a Past-President of both the Florida Academy of Audiology and the Florida Language, Speech and Hearing Association. He is a recipient of the Honors of the Florida Language, Speech and Hearing Association, and the Distinguished Alumni Award from Nova Southeastern University. He serves on the faculty of Doctor of Audiology Programs at Nova Southeastern University, University of Florida, and the Arizona School of Health Sciences.
