Mindy Sirlin Martin, PhD, is the audiologist owner of First Choice Audiology of South Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Queens College of the City University of New York. She earned her Masters Degree in Audiology and PhD in Hearing Science at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. She is certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology and is licensed to practice in both New York and Florida.
First Choice Audiology of South Florida is the only audiologist-owned home care provider of diagnostic hearing and hearing aid services in our community.
First Choice Audiology focuses more on providing excellent care and less on the bottom line. We are not tied to any large medical corporation or large impersonal hearing aid group. We are not a "store front"; we are highly trained professionals. We provide effective care that is responsive to the needs of the community. Being audiologist-owned means that we are able to focus on you! Our dedicated staff are the highest qualified providers of hearing aids, diagnostic services and specialize in making sure you are satisfied with and benefiting from your hearing aids. Our compassionate and understanding audiologist takes pride in paying close attention to each patient's needs in the setting where you need it the most - your own home or office.

No more fighting traffic, finding a ride or long waits - we come to you.
Modern technology allows us to use portable, high-tech equipment for testing and real-ear verification. We use computer based otoscopy to examine your ears and will refer you to a physician if necessary prior to fitting you with a hearing device. Most important, we program your hearing devices to work in the environment that you use them the most. We can even make your hearing aids compatible with your TV and telephone right in your own living room. We offer extended hours on Mondays and Wednesdays and we accept same-day appointments based on availability.
