With her doctoral degree from Purdue University, Dr. Nancy Gilliom has been in private practice in the Jacksonville, Florida area since 1995. Dr. Gilliom is a firm believer that improving hearing doesn't just stop at finding the right device, it also involves helping the patient in the transition phase of learning and wearing their aid. In addition to her extensive experience and education, Dr. Gilliom likes to take the time to get to know her patients so she can treat them and their needs on an individual basis. Hearing devices are constantly evolving and Dr. Gilliom prides herself on her ability to stay informed with the latest trends. 

After earning her doctorate in audiology from the University of Florida, Dr. Andrea Moore joined Gilliom Audiology in 2009 with a passion to help her patients feel better about their hearing and themselves. Dr. Moore is versed in communication strategies and is committed to helping her patients not just hear better with the use of a hearing device, but to communicate more effectively as well. When not seeing patients, Dr. Moore is an avid supporter of the surrounding community and has conducted several seminars and in-service training sessions on current hearing aid technology and assistive listening devices.
