About Us
For almost 30 years Associated Coastal Ear, Nose and Throat Associates have provided comprehensive ear, nose and throat care to generations of Floridaians in the Treasure Coast region of our state. The practice was founded by Dr. Richard Allen in 1982 and has grown to a three physician and two audiologist practice located in Fort Pierce. This facility includes comprehensive allergy and audiology services, as well as an operating suite for office based surgical procedures.
