Dr. Karen Mercer, Audiologist, is the founder and owner of Southwest Hearing Services. She earner her Doctorate Degree in Audiology from AT Still University/Arizona School of Health Sciences and her Master of Arts Degree in Audiology from The University of Northern Colorado.

Originally from Delaware, she has over 25 yrs experience helping people hear better. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her teenage daughter and playing music with her all female band Gotta Be Girls.

We are private practice Doctors of Audiology, so we aren't tied to one single hearing device manufacturer.
