Betty Sweetman

MA, CCC-A, FAAA

Betty Sweetman received her master's degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association, a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and a member of the Colorado Academy of Audiology. Prior to joining the CHSL staff in 2003, Betty spent four years as clinical audiologist for Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital. There she administered diagnostic audiology, fit and repaired hearing aids, and directed the infant hearing screening program at the largest birthing hospital in Colorado, which screened some 4,500 babies per year. Betty was VP of Education for the Colorado Academy of Audiology for the past two years. This responsibility saw her chairing the State Audiology Convention for two years as well as a spring meeting.

Through prevention, diagnosis and treatment, we help over 8,000 children, adults and seniors each year to improve their ability to communicate so they can lead full and productive lives.
