Lisa and her staff, (Pamela), have the patients of a saint. I had been fitted somewhere else and they did not work. I found Lisa and Universal Hearing Care and we tried a pair of hearing aids. After two months I was having problems, however, Lisa and her Staff were very concerned, so we tried another pair. We changed many different items to make sure they were working properly. They took their time as I went back several times. We did find the right pair and I am extremely happy. They are the best, no pressure, they just wanted to make me happy and address my concerns. There are a truly professional organization.
