Santa Cruz Ear Nose and Throat Hearing Aid Center

Terence Russell graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Audiology and Speech Pathology.  In addition to continuing his education, he is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Academy of Dispensing Audiologists. His professional passion comes from helping patients improve their quality of life. Terence also enjoys being involved in the Santa Cruz community and serves as a guest speaker to various senior groups regarding geriatric health.

Manny Ocano comes to Santa Cruz Ear, Nose and Throat Medical Group as a hearing aid dispenser after a 20-year career in the high tech services industry. Because of his love for music and sound, Manny specializes in helping others find solutions to correct their hearing impairments as well. In addition to his profession, he is a member of Hearing Healthcare Providers and the International Hearing Society. An active member in the community, Manny is the instructor of a class designed for first-time hearing device users and volunteers for Shared Adventures and technology team at his daughter’s elementary school.

With degrees from A.T. Still University and Brigham Young University, Ruth serves as the Director of Clinical Audiology for Santa Cruz Ear, Nose and Throat Medical Group. As a diagnostic specialist, Ruth identifies the extent and damage of hearing loss and helps patients come to the appropriate steps to correct the problem. In addition to her work, Ruth is active in the community and serves as a consultant to Dominican Hospital’s newborn hearing screening program, is a guest lecturer on tinnitus, pediatric audiology and auditory processing disorders, and is a taxi driver to her six children.
