About this clinic

Hal Rogers, Ph.D., California Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser founded Interpersonal Communications (IPC) Hearing Aid Center in 1985. The office sits in the same location it did 26 years ago and now next to Trader Joe’s on Del LA Vina. IPC Hearing Aid center has served the Santa Barbara community for as many years. Every year new developments in hearing instrument technology and hearing assistive devices are thoroughly reviewed. Up to date knowledge of these developments allows IPC Hearing Aid Center to offer the best and most current solutions available. Our office was designed with wheel chair access and a customized sound treated testing room. Walk in visits have always been a staple component of this business with a waiting room offering a beautiful view of the Santa Ynez Mountains.
