As a member of the organization since 2004, Sarika brings a vast array of knowledge, having received a Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, Mumbai, India; a Masters Degree in Audiology from Ohio University; and a Doctorate Degree in Audiology from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Sarika is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, licensed with the California State Hearing Aid Dispenser Bureau and certified with the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She is an expert in Cochlear Implant evaluation, programming and follow-up; conducting hearing aid evaluations and programming devices made by all leading manufacturers. Sarika is also an expert in middle ear implant evaluations and fittings.

Dr. Ruchi Ahuja is a licensed Audiologist with over nine years of professional experience in the field of Speech and Hearing. She has an extensive background in working with adult and pediatric patients with a myriad of hearing and audiological conditions. She is an expert in the latest hearing aid technologies from leading manufacturers and performs diagnostic assessments including electrophysiological testing. As an Audiologist, she believes in providing unparalleled service to allow her patients to truly enjoy the gift of hearing. She recently completed her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University. Ruchi also has a Masters in Audiology from University College, London and a Bachelors degree in Speech and Hearing from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing. Prior to joining EARS Inc, Ruchi worked at several hearing aid practices and ENT clinics in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. In addition to her professional experience in the US, Ruchi has worked in multiple international locations including the UK, the Middle East and India. Ruchi cherishes spending time with her husband and three year old daughter. Ruchi is bilingual with proficiency in English and Hindi.

Liezel is a South Bay Area native, who joined our team in 2007. Her passion for science led her to attend the University of California, Davis, where she earned her degree in psychobiology. Liezel started off as the front-office manager and has since received her license with the California State Hearing Aid Dispensers Bureau.  Liezel has an extensive understanding of hearing loss, hearing aids and their repair. She is fluent in Ilocano. During her free time, Liezel enjoys playing sports, cooking and traveling.
