“Great experience for my wife and me. Scott made us both feel very comfortable. The evaluation was stress-free and informative. Everyone at Upstate was helpful and pleasant to work with getting set up. When I had a problen pairing my iphone Christa got me set up and explained the problem clearly. She took the time to make sure I could problem-solve on my own in the future. The problem was not the hearing aids, it was my iPhone. My first big party that I went to wearing my hearing aids was amazing - what a change. Friends were asking me to repeat words for them instead of the other way around. I can hear the birds again. What a remarkable life improvement. ”
“She is knowledgeable but I give them a black mark for not letting me know what's going on for over a month.”
“That he spoke clearly to my father and that he explained everything really well.”
“Just great! Wasn't any hard sell or anything like that- just very knowledgeable, very understanding. I really liked that he professional that assisted me also wears hearing aids. So, he wasn't just speaking from someone who is not hearing impaired, this is someone whose hearing has been impaired most of his life. I went there because a friend of mine recommended him highly and was really pleased with his experience. I have to say I was, too. ”
