Pacific Hearing Services was founded in 1978 in the city of Pomona, California. We have worked with the medical community very closely since our beginning. Over the years we have developed many professional relationships throughout the Pomona-Upland valley. Our offices are located in Upland and Claremont. These offices are staffed by California Licensed Audiologists holding dual licensure in hearing aid dispensing and Audiology. Our goal has always been to promote the best possible hearing health care throughout our community. When a person has a loss of hearing, rehabilitation often requires the proper selection and fitting of hearing aids. Audiologists have extensive University Graduate School training in this area. We were one of the first groups in Southern California to work with programmable hearing aids. Building on this knowledge over the years, we have extensive experience coupled with continuing education to provide the best possible services for our patients. We work with standard hearing aids up to the most advanced digital hearing aids available. This is important to our patients because no one hearing aid is right for every hearing loss or person. Hearing aids are very individual so it is important to us that our patients know and understand all their options when it comes to improving their communication ability. With our goal in mind, we have developed a state of the art Industrial Hearing Conservation Program. Our six mobile units have been delivering programs to industry for eighteen years. We have also developed pulmonary testing, vision testing and respirator fit testing programs. Our public school hearing testing program is an industry leader evolving over the last several years. We deliver services for hearing impaired children directly to the classroom with mobil on-site testing. Audiologists visit the school sites to work with children to assure quality hearing healthcare. We interact with Teachers and Administrators to assure the best quality services for children.
