

L. Mark Payne received his Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from California State University, Hayward. He completed his Master of Science degree (M.S.) in Audiology at California State University, Sacramento in 1986. He finished his Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and earned a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) in 1987. He completed his Doctorate of Audiology from A.T. Still University School of Health Science in 2009. He is a member of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and is fully licensed by the Board of Medical Quality Assurance. Mark's wife, Alison, currently works as a Speech Pathologist for Marshall Hospital. Mark and Alison have enjoyed living in Shingle Springs since 1989.
