Elias earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at New Paltz.and his Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has extensive experience in working in clinical settings as he had the opportunity to work in several environments including private practice, ENT offices, and hospitals in Brooklyn and Manhattan. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
