Sierra Hearing Center

Audiologist Michael O. Webb  founded Sierra Hearing Center 1983. He is a second-generation hearing healthcare specialist: his mother, Fran Webb, was a well-known hearing aid specialist in the Tucson area for over twenty years. While an undergraduate in Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of Arizona, Mike worked at her office and obtained his Hearing Aid Dispensing license. He completed his Bachelor's followed by his Master's Degree in Clinical Audiology from the U of A. After earning his national certification and working a year for the U of A Hearing Center, he then founded and developed the Audiology department at a large Ear-Nose-Throat medical practice in Tucson.

Dr. Susan A. Richmond hails from the Midwest, growing up around Chicago and earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin. However, when she moved to Tucson to pursue her Doctor of Audiology degree at the University of Arizona, she fell in love with Southern Arizona and is here to stay!

Her specialties are direct patient hearing care and working together with patients' families and friends to help them understand of hearing loss.

Jorge A. Villalvazo is an Arizona Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and has been serving the patients of Sierra Hearing Center since 2000. He is experienced in the fitting and the programming of the latest in hearing aid technology. He is always ready to offer his caring service to provide the best in hearing healthcare.

Rachel M. Noble is an Arizona Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and she is one of Mike's six children. She has been working for Sierra Hearing Center since high school, first doing odd jobs around the office and eventually working up to earning her dispensing license in 2006. Rachel hopes that in her role as a Hearing Aid Dispenser she will continue to grow so that through experience she will help to provide the best care for every patient who walks into the office.
