“They took care of me well there She did her job well and she was nice.”
“Receptionist was a 5, but the doctor was horrible - she was a 1. She was rude because she wanted to sell us hearing aids and we told them from the get go we just wanted his current aids adjusted, not a new pair. When we called to begin with, we asked do you adjust these hearing aids? The receptionist said yes, it will be $15. We said okay, that's fine and made the appointment. The doctor tested him and found out that he didn't want to buy new hearing aids, then she said this appointment should have never been booked, no one should have ever told you that price for adjusting hearing aids, there is a miscommunication somewhere, and I can't even adjust these. Then she adjusted one and said well I just don't have the stuff to adjust the other one. So we were very displeased with her. We paid the $15 and left. She was just rude and didn't want to help us because we didn't buy them from her. ”
