Dr. Maxwell is the Director of the Audiology department and earned his Doctor of Audiology degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. He has a main interest in the identification and treatment of disorders of the hearing and balance systems with special attention to the management of balance problems. He is joined by a team of highly qualified and experienced clinical professionals that provide excellent patient care.
