Dr. Grotsky graduated from Salus University with her Doctorate in Audiology in 2006; her Master of Science in Audiology from Minot State University in 1998 and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Minot State Univeristy in 1996. She also holds a bachelor of Arts Advanced degree in English from the Univeristy of Regina, Canada, from 1995. She moved from Toronto, Canada to Arizona in 1999 and doesn’t miss shoveling snow at all!
Dr. Grotsky has been with Cigna Medical Group since 2001 and shares their passion and commitment to customer service and helping people.
Dr. Grotsky holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow with the American Academy of Audiology. She is a Licensed Dispensing Audiologist in the state of Arizona.
Through her memberships and continuing education, she maintains the highest level of knowledge and familiarization with hearing loss, emerging hearing aid technologies, and the changing needs of hearing-impaired individuals.
She enjoys working out 6 days a week and spending time with her family and bunnies. She truly loves ears of all shapes and sizes which can be seen by a photo or two of her pet bunnies on the office walls!
Dr. Pullman graduated from Arizona State University with a Doctorate of Audiology in 2012. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northern Arizona University in 2008. She practiced one year in Chicago, Illinois and two years in Calgary, Canada before returning to Arizona in January 2014. Dr. Pullman strives to help her patients hear everywhere and is a strong Advocate for Hearing Loops.
Mike is our Medical Audiology Assistant at the Stapley Hearing Center. He has been with Cigna Medical Group for six years. His past 5 ½ years with Cigna were in customer service as a subject matter expert with a limited benefit plan called Starbride. He joined the Stapley Hearing Center in February, 2014 and is excited to help our patients here. In addition, Mike served in the United States Navy for 15 years, and just completed a Bachelor Degree in Business Management in November, 2013.
At the Cigna Medical Group Stapley Hearing Center in Mesa, the audiology specialists are trained to evaluate hearing loss and related disorders, including balance (vestibular) disorders and tinnitus, and to rehabilitate individuals with hearing loss and related disorders.
