Our professional staff undergoes many hours of continuing education each year, well above the hours required by the State of Arizona.Our Family business was started in 1993 when Joann and David Sr. traveled through Bullhead City and found that a full-time hearing center was not available in this area. Within two months they had moved from Phoenix and opened the first office in May of that year.Joann has been fitting hearing instruments since 1984 and was previously licensed in Wisconsin. David was licensed in 1991 and has since been Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences(BCHIS) and was certified a an Occupational Health Industrial Hearing Conservationist(COHC). Joann and David have been honored by the Governor of Kentucky when they were awarded commissions as Colonels in the Kentucky Militia in recognition of their humanitarian and charitable work.Our General Manager, Sean, is the son of Joann and David. Sean oversees the day to day operations of the company. Sean is an outstanding “fitter” and his computer knowledge makes him the most technically competent hearing aid dispenser in the Tri-state area. His personality and genuine concern for the patients better hearing endears Sean to all who come to see him.Sean has been dispensing hearing instruments since 1997 when he left the US Army to join the business to be able to spend more time with his wife and seven (that’s correct 7) children.Benjamin is the Hearing Consultant/Specialist in our Kingman South office. Ben is married Tammi (David and Joanns daughter) and has been dispensing for 6 years but has worked in the company as a Patient Care Coordinator for a year prior to getting licensed. Cora is the Director of Administrative Services and Patient Coordinator and handles all insurance billings. She coordinates and directs all of the administrative activities in both of our offices. Cora works closely with Sean and our clients to assure that the patient has a pleasant experience and, if any problem should arise, she is ready, willing and able to see that it is corrected.
