Paul Schneider has served as a local hearing healthcare provider in the Rochester area since 2000. He moved to the area nearly 50 years ago and has been living in Rochester ever since, with his wife Bridget and four children. Paul takes great pride in his community and has been offering hearing healthcare services locally for over 20 years. He is certified by the Minnesota Department of Health as a Hearing Instrument Dispenser, and has also completed specialized training for the treatment of tinnitus disorders.

Mark Johnston was born and raised in Rochester, MN, and along with his wife, Jesi, has raised his own family in the surrounding Rochester community. He has worked as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in the same location since 2006.
Mark is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist through the Minnesota Department of Health, and has gained extensive experience in hearing aid fitting and diagnostic processes using the most advanced technology the industry has to offer.

“I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time, then the provider had not read the notes to be prepared for why I was there. The appointment felt rushed, and the provider actually sad a couple of times that he didn’t have time for the things we needed to do. Now, my hearing has been wonky since my appointment. I live an hour away, so it’s not like I can just pop in any time.”
