“I'm 91 yes young. Today Meredith erased all anxiety concerning ENG testing!! She was AMAZING!! Prior to each test, she thoroughly explained CLEARLY what would transpire, what I was to do and what not to do. Eg. Now, the dot will bounce around to different locations...you may want to anticipate it's next location, but we want you to just look at it as you see it. Meredith, shared that the air was cold and then allowed me to feel it's temp on my arm. Throughout the entire 45min, she consistently double checked my comfort level.
