“My husband was mumbling, so I checked into hearing support. I did an aid online with no personal contact unless I called. After a couple of years I could hear my husband, but I could hear everything around me louder also. That all became tedious. A friend purchased his new hearing aids from Mr. Young and reported great Service and success. I too have new hearing aids now, with Mr. Rob Young help. I too will be reporting great service and support, and I'm sure ongoing support as I need. He walked me through the units how to use and what to expect. “Highly recommend this friendly family run business!!! The first time we came, we were met with a smile and a warm welcome despite us being late which settled any nervousness. Parking was free and very convenient in the back of the building thankfully with a ramp as we came with a wheel chair. The front entrance has a few steps up to the door where the lobby and front desk is so we were happy to have the option of coming in the backdoor. Robby was so knowledgable and treated my mother in law with such dignity and respect together with a little humor, which made the whole procedure so pleasant from start to end. Right away we felt we could ask any questions and that no questions were dumb questions and Robby patiently answered all our questions and concerns.
