Sarah Thomas has been involved in the hearing healthcare field since 2015. She has held a variety of positions during this time, including making earmolds, as a Patient Care Coordinator and a manager, to her current role as a licensed hearing care provider. Sarah’s goal is to enhance the quality of life for her customers by helping to make their hearing as effortless as possible. By listening to the challenges her customers experience, Sarah is able to make assessments and recommendations based on their needs and budgets. She is committed to delivering unsurpassed hearing healthcare by placing individual needs first. In her free time, Sarah enjoys traveling with her son and spending time with friends.

“1) I was seen on time - big plus! 2) Time was taken to obtain my background problem, symptoms, medical history, etc. 3) I believe a thorough hearing assessment was performed and reviewed with me. 4) we didn’t then discuss hearing devices. Rather, It was suggested I get assessed by an ENT specialist to make sure I didn’t have any underlying physiological problems before discussing corrective hearing options. (I appreciate them doing this before going any further. ) 5) Explanation was given as to what the next steps would be after the ENT appraisal. 6) I was not charged anything for what has been thus far performed. ”
