He is an officer in the Connecticut Hearing Aid Dispensers Organization(CHADO) A local advocacy group that supports dispenser education and patient rights.

Donna has over 20 Years experience and is considered one of the leaders in her field. Donna received her audioprosthologist certificate from the North American Institute for Hearing Instrument Studies and is a board certified hearing instrument specialist. Donna founded Precision Hearing in 1995.

David is a board certified hearing specialist with over 25 years of experience. He is a professional musician and enjoys working with fellow musicians with hearing loss.
