Bernie Russell graduated from California University, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979. He began his career as a hearing aid dispenser in the summer of 1987. He completed his internship and became Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences in November 1990 and became the owner of the original practice in 1992.
Bernie, and his partner Ron Facek, aquired an audiology/dispensing practice in association with Dr. Jeffrey Banyas, Otolaryngologist, in 2001. In January 2002, they acquired another practice, and together, they currently own and operate Audio-Logics Inc., a tri-office audiology/dispensing practice serving southwestern Pennsylvania.

Ron Fecek received his Masters Degree in Audiology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1987 and his Bachelors Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from thc California University of Pennsylvania in 1973. He began his career as a hearing clinician in the public schools in 1973 until becoming an educational audiologist in the same school system in 1987. In 1991, Ron became an independent contractor providing audiologic testing, consultation, and hearing aid dispensing while still working in the schools. Ron has taught undergraduate and graduate audiology courses at the California University of Pennsylvania and is a field instructor for the University of Pittsburgh providing clinical practicum to audiology graduate students,

Dr. Jeffrey Banyas has been a community-based general otolaryngologist since 1996. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1980, as part of his five-year Cooperative Premedical Program with Jefferson Medical College, from which he graduated in 1982. He completed his internship and two years of general surgical residency at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh and completed his otolaryngology residency in 1988 at the State University of New York in Buffalo. A year later, he started his fellowship training in Neurotology at the ECHO Foundation in Birmingham, Alabama and finished his training in 1990.
Upon finishing his fellowship, Dr. Banyas returned to the State University of New York in Buffalo where he held dual appointments as University Chief of Neurotology and Clinical Director of Otolaryngology at the Erie County Medical Center. He left academic practice to work briefly in Fort Collins, Colorado before returning to Western Pennsylvania. He served as intern Chief of the Division of Otolaryngology at Western Pennsylvania Hospital prior to opening his current solo practice.
Since September 2001, Dr. Banyas has been practicing otolaryngology and Neurotology in Washington County, Pennsylvania with offices in McMurray and Washington. His practice is general otolaryngology based with added emphasis in otology and allergy.

Heather Gasparovic received her Bachelor of Arts degree and Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997. Upon completion of her education, Heather worked as a dispensing audiologist in the Cleveland, OH area for two years before joining Audio-Logics in 1998. Heather has performed newborn infant screenings at West Penn Hospital in addition to the audiological evaluations for Dr. Jeffrey Banyas. Heather has gained invaluable experience at Audio-Logics dispensing all types and styles of hearing aids. She has become one of the leaders in the area in her field with her knowledge and experience in fitting, dispensing and counseling patients with hearing loss and the use of digital hearing aids.

Natalie graduated in 2000 from West Liberty College, and in 2002 from Kent State University with her Master's degree in audiology. After serving her internship in a Greensburg, PA medical practice, Natalie joined the staff at Audio-Logics in August 2003. In addition to her expertise in hearing aid dispensing, Natalie provides audiological testing to Dr. Jeffrey Banyas, M.D. Natalie is a valuable addition with her knowledge and experience in audiologic testing, dispensing and counceling patients with hearing loss and the use of digital hearing aids.

Caroline received a Master's degree in Audiology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986. She received her Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University. For four years, she worked in a private audiology practice in Pittsburgh where she dispensed hearing aids and performed audiological evaluations for several of the area's otolaryngologists.
In 1991, she opened Keystone Hearing and Audiology, Inc., a private audiology/hearing aid dispensing practice with offices in Delmont and Monroeville. Over the years, she has been well respected in both Westmoreland and Allegheny County for her knowledge and experience in fitting digital hearing aids and counseling patients.
In January 2007, the Audio-Logics group acquired Keystone Hearing and Audiology, Inc. and Caroline is pleased and proud to be a part of the Audio-Logics team.

Audiologics proudly welcomes Dr. Beth Czarnecki to our newest location in Mt. Pleasant, PA. Beth has been providing hearing healthcare in the area for the past twenty six years and is a clinical field instructor for audiology Doctoral students at the University of Pittsburgh. In 1997, Beth founded the local chapter of Hearing Loss Association of America, formerly known as Self Help for Hard of Hearing, an international non-profit organization providing education and support for individuals with hearing loss and their families. Beth received her Doctorate degree from A.T. Still University of Health Services, her Masters degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and her Bachelors degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from California University of Pennsylvania.
