Laura Kauth has been certified as a Course Director by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation.  This certification is obtained through the accumulation of over 1000 hours of hearing conservation experience, participation in CAOHC approved training courses, and completion of a CAOHC workshop on course direction.  Course Directors are certified to organize and conduct certification and recertification courses for Occupational Hearing Conservationists (OHCs).

Laura earned her Master of Arts degree from the University of Iowa.  As Audiology Consultants' industrial audiologist, she supervises OSHA mandated Hearing Conservation Programs (HCPs), speaks at occupational safety conferences and events, and consults on subjects such as sound surveys, OSHA requirements, and conservation implementation.  She is a member of the National Hearing Conservation Association, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, the Iowa Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the Quad City Speech and Hearing Association.

Margaret was born and raised in Clinton, Iowa. She attended the University of Northern Iowa where she received her B.A., summa cum Laude with honors in 1999 and her M.A. in Audiology in 2001.  She received her Au.D. from Arizona School of Health Sciences.  She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is a licensed audiologist and hearing aid specialist in both Iowa and Illinois.  She is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association, Iowa Speech and Hearing Association, and the Quad Cities Speech and Hearing Association.  Margaret has been with Audiology Consultants since 2001. 

Margaret lives in Davenport with her husband, Neil and their son.  She is a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Davenport.  In her free time, Margaret enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as reading, cooking, gardening and golfing.

Mary was born and grew up in Davenport, IA. She has an AA degree in Business and is the Board Secretary Audiology Consultants. She is certified as an Occupational Hearing Conservationist by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation and is licensed as a Hearing Aid Specialist in Iowa.  She has been with Audiology Consultants since 1983. Mary is a member of the  Iowa Association of Hearing Health Professionals,  Council for Accreditation on Occupational Hearing Conservation, Davenport One,  Quad City Elder Care and Kiwanis International.

Mary and her husband Kevin reside in Davenport. They have two daughters and four grandchildren.

Mary is active in Holy Family Church, Davenport. She enjoys reading, gardening, golfing and her grandchildren.

Heather Sandy  was born and raised in Davenport, IA.  She attended the University of Iowa where she received her B.A. in Speech & Hearing Science and her M.A. in Audiology.  She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is a licensed audiologist and hearing aid dealer in both Iowa and Illinois.  Heather has been with Audiology Consultants, P.C  since April 2007.  

Heather lives in Davenport with her husband, Matt and their daughter.

Tara Hartman was born in Marianna, FL and moved to the Quad City area with her family at the age of 13. Tara attended Northern Illinois University and received her bachelor of science in Communicative Disorders in 2004 and her doctorate of audiology in May of 2008. Tara is a licensed audiologist and hearing aid dealer in both Illinois and Iowa. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Illinois Academy of Audiology.
