Neuroanatomical Abnormalities Before and After Onset of Psychosis: A Cross-sectional and Longitudinal MRI Comparison

Psychotic disorders, such as schizophrenia, are associated with neuroanatomical abnormalities, but whether these predate the onset of symptoms or develop progressively over the course of illness is unclear.
