John Greer Clark, Ph.D., has accepted a position as the newest member of the Healthy Hearing advisory board. Dr. Clark is the Director of Clinical Services for Helix Hearing Care of America. He has served on the Boards of Directors for both the Ohio Academy of Audiology and the American Academy of Audiology. A recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus Award from the University of Cincinnati Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, he is best known for his writings on audiologic counseling. Dr. Clark is the author/editor of a number of audiology texts, most recently 8th Edition of Introduction to Audiology and an instructional CD-ROM entitled Interactive Audiology (both co-authored with Dr. Frederick N. Martin, available from Allyn & Bacon). He is currently working on a new counseling text for audiologists with Dr. Kris English.
