The Seattle Quality of Life Group at the University of Washington in Seattle is conducting a study to understand the Quality of Life of Children and Youth who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing Project (Project HQL).
They are asking members of the deaf and hard of hearing communities - the "experts" - to take part in a 45-minute survey. If you're a youth between the ages of 11 and 18 and are deaf or hard of hearing, or are the parent of a child between the ages of 5 and 10 who is deaf or hard of hearing, we would like you to take our survey. The survey questions ask you about how you communicate in school, how you communicate with family and friends, and about the quality of your life. As a thank you for your time, they will give you $25 for completing the survey.
