Help Others by Sharing Your Hearing Aid Experiences
The companies that make your hearing aids want to learn from you. My name is Carole Rogin, I'm the Executive Director of the Hearing Industries Association. I am sending you this email today because we need to learn about you and your experiences with your hearing aids.
Give us your candid feedback about your hearing aids and the services you have received while being fitted, using and having your hearing aids maintained. This detailed survey asks about every aspect of your hearing, experiences getting your hearing aids, your hearing aids, and the services you received. The survey also asks questions about you and your lifestyle and how the hearing aid(s) relate to who you are and what your do. Help us identify the best practices and services that make you happy. Teach us by detailing your real world experiences.
The Hearing Industries Association has teamed up with Healthy Hearing to conduct this survey. Click on the link below to participate. The time to complete the survey will vary for everyone, but it will require around 20 minutes or so to complete it.
Your survey answers and personal information will remain anonymous and confidential. Your input will be used to help design the next generation of hearing aids and how they are fitted and adjusted.
