Assistive Listening Devices and Cochlear Implants
Cochlear implants are compatible with most asistive listening devices including FM systems and infrared systems. In addition, cochlear implants can be coupled to a variety of other auxiliary audio inputs such as CD players, computers, televisions, and telephones (even mobile phones!). A patch cord or special connector is often required but readily available to the cochlear implant user.
