I don't know of any. My guess is that the amount of energy an electronic dry aid kit uses would make it impractical to try and power it with batteries. There are lots of versions of non-electronic dry aid devices that use desiccants to pull the moisture from the hearing aids that would probably meet most consumer's needs without having to get into the sophistication of what the electronic versions do.
